March 2017 Program - Utility of the Future

There is a revolution in the utility industry underway so be sure to attend our February program that will provide an overview of what the “Utility of the Future” may look like. The growth in a variety of distributed technologies including solar, energy storage, and wind supported by advanced electronics and control devices has allowed regulators and utility owners to consider new business models.

These models will have to take into consideration the existing centralized infrastructure with the growing use of distributed resources. One of the common denominators in the debate over how to structure the business going forward is who pays (and how much) for the existing assets used to deliver electricity as the traditional regulatory models need to be reevaluated.

Our guest speaker will be Carlos Nouel National Grid’s Vice President of New Energy Solutions. Carlos will review how National Grid is preparing for the wave of change that is on the horizon for utilities, third party stakeholders and their customers.

In the event that you must cancel your registration, please note that there will be a $10 cancellation fee deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refund for cancellations that occur within 72 hours of the beginning of the event. Please contact us at if you have any questions.
